These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through bciuk.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Disclaimer

All items sold are produced using 3D printing technology. As a result, minor surface lines, textures, or imperfections may appear. These are natural characteristics of 3D printing and do not affect product quality or function.

Each item is printed and finished by hand, which may lead to slight variations between individual pieces.

2. Orders and Customization

Each product is made to order. Please ensure all customization requests (such as size, color, or quantity) are clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that cannot be reasonably fulfilled.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment providers. The seller is not a VAT payer.

4. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping using trusted postal and courier services. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bciuk.com within this period.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the product amount (excluding return shipping costs) to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: This right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order items, unless they are defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and products on this site are the intellectual property of Bciuk unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
